Chaplaincy

Our Chaplaincy is more than a liturgical service—it is the heart and soul of the spiritual growth  in the school, guiding the formation of students, families, and the entire school community. Anchored in the love and spirituality of St. Josemaria Escriva, our chaplains accompany each person on their journey toward holiness and wholeness through prayer, sacraments, and personal accompaniment (spiritual direction).

Mission & Ministry

  • Nurturing an authentic relationship with God
Through daily Mass, adoration, and Reconciliation, our chaplains invite everyone to deepen their intimacy with Christ.
  • Providing spiritual accompaniment
Rooted in the personalist ethos of St. Josemaria, chaplains walk alongside students and families in all aspects of life—spiritual, emotional, and moral.
  • Forming a Christian culture
By leading retreats, recollections, and formation sessions, the chaplaincy cultivates a school environment where virtue—friendship, courage, humility, service—can flourish.

Why Chaplaincy Matters

St. Josemaria constantly preached about the “sanctification of ordinary life.” At PAREF, our chaplaincy realizes this vision—helping students and families to encounter God in daily tasks, joyful friendships, and moments of struggle. Through this personal and pastoral ministry, the chaplaincy becomes the spiritual compass of the PAREF family, reminding us that each moment is a chance to respond to God's love.
